Brand new in box. Never opened. Very good condition and I am 100% up front about any flaws. Kept in dust-free, climate-controlled storage. The box has a couple of dents on each side. The hairbrush has come loose and is on the bottom of the box. As pictured, the cardboard insert on one side is a little loose. Otherwise, she is awesome!!
